Breath work is a great way to regulate the Nervous System. By tapping into the Sympathetic and Parasympathetic branches of the nervous system you are able to balance yourself. You will work within 3 breathing categories, 15 minutes a day with a weekly 30 minute session to check-in and see how you have improved. There are a lot of benefits from the practice of breath work like stress relief, boosted digestion, and better sleep. This course is completely self guided, with prerecorded videos to help you along the way. There will be an option of booking a private session with Chelsea Mahala for any extra coaching tips and advice.
