The Pre-Visit
First off, I want to extend the warmest welcome. I know how scary it can be to look for a new stylist. I hope to relieve some of the nerves.
The online consultation form allows me to know you and your hair before you even arrive at the salon. I will message you with more details and make sure we are on the same page and know what to expect for our future appointment(s).
This is important, creates an open line of communication that I love to have with each individual client.

I think of you as the director, and I am the other workers on a movie scene ready to listen and do what the director asks.
