By completing this form, I am submitting an appointment request and price quote inquiry. In response, I will receive an email with an appointment time and date option and a general price quote.


Your appointment in salon will begin with a 15 minute full consultation to refine the plan for service.


Generally, new clients are able to be seen within 2-3 weeks of appointment submission request, but clients with limited availability may have to wait up to 12 weeks to be seen.

 
I understand that we have a strict 48 hour cancellation policy and if I do cancel my appointment with less than 48 hours notice, I may be banned from booking future appointments with Chelsea Mahala.

The Pre-Visit

First off, I want to extend the warmest welcome. I know how scary it can be to look for a new stylist. I hope to relieve some of the nerves.

The online consultation form allows me to know you and your hair before you even arrive at the salon.  I message your with more details and make sure we are on the same page and know what to expect from our future appointment(s).

This is important, creates an open line of communication that I love to have with each individual client.

 

I am honored to be chosen as your stylist and can't wait to see what wonderful works of art we get to create.

The Consultation

Take a deep breath. 

I am here ready to listen to You.

Once you are at the salon, I love to sit down and go over what we talked about with the color choice, haircuts, etc.

Double checking any possible last minute changes you may have.

​

I think of you as the director, and I am the other workers on a movie scene ready to listen and do what the director asks.

Our goals are the same and I will do everything in my power to achieve what you want.
